3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Process
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and either cancel the order or give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price.

4. Shipping and Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the items.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your items, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
